"If you are still in the process of raising children, be aware that the tiny fingerprints that show up on almost every newly cleaned surface, the toys scattered about the house, the piles and piles of laundry to be tackled will disappear all too soon and that you will—to your surprise—miss them profoundly." - Pres. Thomas Monson

The Days After Christmas

A couple days after Christmas we celebrated with my side of the family. My mom made a white elephant party for us and we exchanged gifts between families. And I cannot forget that we ate the traditional cheese fondue for dinner. Yum!

Taylor and cousin Kari from Oregon.
My sister and her family brought their Wii to my parents' house. It was a hit among the kids and adults. Taylor cracks me up in this picture.
The next day the fathers and their kids went sledding while us women were shopping! Dave took these pictures. It looks like I missed out on some fun.
Derek and his cousin Cameron. I was told that they were inseparable.
And here's the best father and husband ever!!
