My mom turns ** this week. (I doubt she wants her age posted here, but let's just say she is getting up there! Ha ha.) We had our traditional Sunday birthday dinner for her yesterday. Stephanie made some very yummy lasagna and german chocolate cake and I added a few side salads.

And as for my winning stuff, I think it is about 25% luck and 75% perseverance. I enter A LOT of give a ways. Tons really. Eventually you will win something. Statistically speaking, I really don't win that often. I would say less than 10% of the time. It is fun though!
