"If you are still in the process of raising children, be aware that the tiny fingerprints that show up on almost every newly cleaned surface, the toys scattered about the house, the piles and piles of laundry to be tackled will disappear all too soon and that you will—to your surprise—miss them profoundly." - Pres. Thomas Monson

Ryan David Brock

Ryan was born July 10th at 3:39 am. He was 8 lbs 3 oz and 21 inches long. It was another hard but relatively quick labor and we are all just happy he made it here safely. He had his umbilical cord in a true knot (we have pictures upon request) and our doctor told us that it only happens 1 in every 300 births and can be life-threatening. So now Taylor and Ryan are both our little "future Eagle Scouts" as our OB put it. He's a sweet little guy and he is rarely put down. We all love holding him...Derek is addicted to it. Well, just wanted to share the news and some pictures.

Such a cutie, and definitely a Brock! We'd love to have the kids over to play when you need a break-call me anytime. Congratulations!

Love the pictures and what a beautiful boy. I am glad he is here safe, too. With 3 other siblings and LOADS of other family, I am sure it will be months before he gets a moment to himself. Luckily, that is the way they like it!!!
