"If you are still in the process of raising children, be aware that the tiny fingerprints that show up on almost every newly cleaned surface, the toys scattered about the house, the piles and piles of laundry to be tackled will disappear all too soon and that you will—to your surprise—miss them profoundly." - Pres. Thomas Monson

The Reality of Having Two Older Brothers

The boys were playing dress up and she was following behind wanting to play. So I gave her the Superman cape and ninja mask. She loved it! She ran around like she knew what the game was about. I think it's almost time to invest in some girl dress-ups.
She looks Muslim to me.
(I really do dress this child every day. I just realized that there are several previous posts of her in pajamas. I'm not sure why that is.)

I guess I should have titled this post "The Reality of Having Two Older Brothers...and a Father". :) I love Taylor's ensemble. The church tie really adds a little flare...don't you think?

We have the opposite problem at our house. The girls have dressed my baby up in girl clothes a few times and he currently would rather play with a doll than his few trucks. I guess its the reality of having 3 older sisters.

Natalie! It is so good to hear from you! We've been wondering how you have been. And my how Derek has grown. I will definitely add you to our list--it is so fun to see your family and how it is growing.

Those are just the best pictures EVER! McKenna sure has pretty eyes in her ninja outfit. I think this is better than having your boys dressed up in princess clothes!!
