Update On Our House Hunt
To those that saw the last post...we just heard from the realtor and they didn't come down NEARLY enough on the house. They only came down $4,000. So we are back at square one and I am officially annoyed with house hunting. All the indecision, then I finally decide that I love the house and now it's gone. Sorry, I am done with my pity party....on to the next house! Urgg....!!!! (Don't worry, I won't post about every offer we make.)

Wow, sorry to hear that. I thought that house was in the bag! What a surprise. I thought this was a buyer's market, after all! So sorry...

That's the funny thing. It is a buyer's market and this house has been on the market since September and they still won't work with the price. I'm guessing because it is overpriced and needs a lot of work. But I'm not bitter or anything. :)

I didn't know you guys were house hunting - we are here too and it is SO frutrating! I don't understand why sellers don't come down when the house stays on the market for so long. Hopefully you guys find something that will work out - we are about ready to be renters for life :)
OHHHH I feel for you!!!!! I hate the rollercoaster called house hunting!!! Why cant the perfect house just be the perfect price too??? What I have to keep reminding myself is that the Lord makes it so that we end up in the right place at the right time, theres just some heartache in between sometimes. Youll look back and see why it all happened, I promise!!

So sorry. I know how frustrating house hunting can be. Hang in there. The house for yo uis out there somewhere!
no please do post about every house, or at least send me emails, Im very interested. I love that kind of stuff especially if its someone else going through it.
I'm so sorry about the stress. . .some people just don't get it that they need to be selling thier house for less these days. Please do post about your other houses!
