What a great way to celebrate my 200th post but with pictures of our first home!!! The inspection went very well and the house seems to be in very good condtion. The home appraised above our purchase price, so we should have no problems closing on the home now. I posted a picture of the exterior a couple weeks ago and now here are pics of the interior....just in case you were curious. The house is vacant so the pictures with decorations are not current.

The Dining Room. Behind the vertical blinds is a sliding door to the backyard.

The Kitchen (duh). The doors on either side of the fridge are closets and the door on the "oven wall" leads to the garage.

These next pictures are for you Scott! :)

Basement Storage Room. I am very excited to build up some serious food storage in this room!

Master Bedroom. On the top floor. The window looks out over the backyard.

The Front Room. You enter into this room from the front door and can see right into the dining room.

Backyard. With a garden this size it's no wonder they built such a huge food storage room! The neighbors told us that the previous owners really used all this dirt for a garden. I think I'll just use the smaller section!

Here's a shot of the back of the house from our back fenceline (the garden is to the right).
I think that's enough pictures...you get the idea. We close in two weeks and are just dying to move in!

AWESOME!! Congrats! It looks like a beautiful house. I'm so excited for you guys! I bet you can't wait to get in there!
I love it! This home really suits you guys... much better than the 1980s Bunny House did. ;)
Congratulations! I can't wait to see it in July!
Love IT!! I am sure you are very excited after SO much looking. I have been dying to ask you exactly where it is but don't want you to list your address here. Which Elementary school will your kids attend?
Very cool! I can't wait for Mom and me to come help you set up and decorate, etc.
I'll definitely be needing some deco help! I've really never bought anything for decorating. Just been using hand-me-downs and wedding gifts. However, we've set a budget, so I've got some money to spend. Whahoo!
Wow, I am glad you guys got a house! It looks really great. I am excited to see it when you get all moved in!
Great pictures! Thanks for sharing. You made the right choice in buying this house solely based on the hardware that came with it.
Where's my room?
I can't believe the size of that yard!! The joy of living in Utah. Like I have said before. . .Disneyland!! Enjoy! (Traci. . .of course Scott posted the hardware comment)
