"If you are still in the process of raising children, be aware that the tiny fingerprints that show up on almost every newly cleaned surface, the toys scattered about the house, the piles and piles of laundry to be tackled will disappear all too soon and that you will—to your surprise—miss them profoundly." - Pres. Thomas Monson

The Eddington Reunion (part 1)

Last Thursday, Friday, and Saturday we drove to Preston, ID for a family reunion on my dad's side. (No, we weren't able to go see any Napoleon Dynamite sites.) Here are some pictures from the first night.

The boys and their cousins had a blast playing in the empty tents. (I think Jayden will regret ever posing this way for the photo.)

Each "child" (k..really the parents) made a cardboard car for a drive in movie. We attempted Lightning McQueen for Derek's.

Here's a shot of Taylor's "Tow Mater".

"Dad-gum"

It shouldn't be too shocking to anyone that Dave made himself a car...I mean...hovercraft.

The drive in.

The night's feature was of course "Cars".
